NASHVILLE, TN (April 19, 2016) – i3 Verticals, LLC, a rapidly growing technology and payment processing company, today announced the completion of two acquisitions: Bill & Pay, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Esber Cash Register, headquartered in Canton, Ohio.
Esber Cash Register provides school systems in Ohio and Western Pennsylvania with a cost-effective method to host an online payment program through a secure web-based system, which simplifies payment, collection and balancing of funds for school districts. These integrated SaaS solutions support each school’s food service, fees, activities, fund raisers, after school programs and registrations and integrate seamlessly with the other student information online systems operated by the school or the district. Many of the Ohio educational service agencies and associations have endorsed Esber’s Pay For It online payment software solutions.
“We are pleased to announce the acquisition of these successful growth companies, through which we scale our payment volume and enhance the technological capabilities that enable us to provide cutting-edge invoice and payment solutions,” said Greg Daily, founder and CEO of i3 Verticals. “Both Bill & Pay and Esber Cash Register also fit well with our culture, which is customer-centric, innovative and flexible, with a technology-driven focus on improving the efficiency and convenience of our customers’ operations. Bill & Pay provides us a strong platform for engaging existing and new customers across our industry verticals. Esber’s focus on serving K-12 schools expands our capabilities in our education vertical and complements the products and services offered by our flagship education company, PaySchools®.”
PaySchools is the new name of the former Data Business Systems.
