 NASHVILLE, TN (April 19, 2016) – i3 Verticals, LLC, a rapidly growing technology and payment processing company, today announced the completion of two acquisitions: Bill & Pay, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Esber Cash Register, headquartered in Canton, Ohio.
 Bill & Pay is a comprehensive invoicing and payment software solution for businesses that works with any merchant account to accept checking account, credit card and PayPal payments online.
