August 20th, 2015 – The practice of school districts to begin the academic year after Labor Day is not unilateral as it is, but we may see the year beginning before then for those districts that do practice this…especially in light of the recent long-range forecast for a winter season that’s apt to contain more snowfall (and snow days) than usual.
